3.1 Availability

We strive for high availability of our services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance work will be performed outside peak usage hours whenever possible.

§ 4 User Account and Registration

4.1 Registration

Registration is required to use the platform. You must provide truthful and complete information during registration.

4.2 Access Credentials

You are obligated to keep your access credentials confidential and protect them from unauthorized access. If you suspect misuse, notify us immediately.

4.3 Minimum Age

Use of the platform is only permitted for persons aged 18 and above.

2. Manipulation or falsification of data
3. Reverse engineering of the software
4. Sharing access credentials with third parties

6. Overloading servers through excessive requests

6.4 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of foreseeable damage.

§ 7 Prices and Payment Terms

7.1 Free Usage

The basic functions of ValuedTerminal can currently be used free of charge.

7.2 Premium Features

Additional premium features may become chargeable. Prices and payment terms will be announced in advance.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All platform content (software, design, texts, graphics) is protected by copyright. Use outside of permitted usage requires our written consent.

§ 10 Termination

10.1 Ordinary Termination

Both parties may terminate the usage relationship at any time without giving reasons.

10.2 Extraordinary Termination

We may terminate the usage relationship extraordinarily in case of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected misuse
• Payment default for paid services

§ 11 Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service for important reasons. Changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. If you do not object within 30 days, the new Terms of Service are deemed accepted.

We strive to resolve any disagreements through direct contact. In case of disputes, an out-of-court settlement should be sought first.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

13.2 Jurisdiction
